Return shipping?

I have never returned anything to Sephora. I've read the policy. My question is: Is the prepaid return label postage cost deducted from the refund for my return? I dis not pay shipping for it to be sent as I am a Flash member.

Hi There, It does not cost anything to return an item back to Sephora's warehouse. The prepaid label covers the cost of shipping.
