Return policy

New return policy is incredibly restrictive. Today I attempted to return (or exchange) two cleansers purchased last month. I was informed I was two days beyond the allowable return window and nothing could be done in store to address the matter. The manager mentioned I could contact customer service directly for escalation. I have been a loyal Sephora customer for years and this experience was beyond disappointing.
