What is the return policy I got the kvd contour and don’t like it I’ve used it twice and just doesn’t work for me

I'm sorry this item is not working out! For store purchases, we can accept gently used items for a refund within 30 days of purchase. If the return is made within 31-60 days of purchase, you can receive a Store Merchandise Credit or a product exchange. Do I have to have the packaging or just the product and what if I don’t have the receipt can I still get a store credit

@audr456 The store would need to verify your purchase with a receipt or through your rewards account in order to process the return.
