Return policy ??

I bought a foundation about a month ago and tried it out. It turns out that the foundation is the wrong shade, and isn't working out for me. I no longer have my receipt, or the packaging. I'd rather not just throw away $30-$40. I was wondering what could I do??

I'm so sorry to hear the foundation you purchased isn't working out for you!  

ToriN416 is right - if you no longer have your receipt but the purchase can be located in your Purchase History, the Cast Member at the store should be able to locate the transaction in their system. For more information regarding returns and exchanges, I recommend contacting the Sephora store you plan on visiting. Thank you!

Re: Return policy ??

It's okay if you don't have the original packaging or if you lost the receipt. If you're a Beauty Insider your receipts are generally saved during your checkout provided you gave the cashier you BI info. 60 days for a return, anything after that is store credit/ exchange.
