Return policy should have exceptions

My daughter bought a contour bronzer,  it was the wrong shade. She went back within 30 days and spoke to a sales associate, and the correct shade was not available. Now it's 33 days and it cannot be exhanged. Terrible policy and service. Will consider shopping elsewhere.

In general, items would not be eligible for return or exchange after 30 days. I understand this can be frustrating and I'll share your feedback with our teams.
