Return an item

How do I print out a return label from a in store purchase? I live far from a Sephora and my in store items didn’t seem to be a fit for me. Anyone know how to help me ? - Nora ❤️

@SportyGirly125 is correct - return labels are only for online orders. Additionally, store purchases can only be returned in store. Please note, for product purchases made in-store on or after February 15, 2020, we will accept in-store returns, with receipt, within 30 days of re-opening. To ease returns for online orders, we have adjusted our current 30-day return policy and increased it to 60 days to be returned to the original method of payment.

Return an item

You may want to try asking in the customer service group, as stores are closed due to the virus. I believe they're making some policy changes temporarily, and they may be willing to help.

@noramviramontez @Return labels are only for online orders. I think you have to go back to a store to get the refund.
