Return & Refund

Hi there. 

I returned two items (with the supplied tracking label from Sephora) and Canada Post tracking app shows they were both received a week ago (June 3) but I’m not seeing a refund for both items in my bank account. Can someone follow up please?

Due to current high volume, returns can take up to 3 weeks to be fully processed from the date they are received, and you will receive an email once they have been processed.
