Return Warning?? Banning customer from returns? Shame on you Sephora

I've been buying a lot from Sephora this year.  Mostly due to COVID19 pandemic and in general not getting to the stores (even worse, not being able to swatch or test anything when you are there).  I'm in store to due an exchange (with receipt mind you as I have never ever exchanged without a receipt and product inbox fully intact...which apparently is irrelevant)... I get basically get publicly shamed by the sales person.  "Oh there's a return warning flagging you, we can do it this time but probably that's it.  It doesn't mean you're a bad person"....Sorry WHAT?

I'm a very nice person who spends a ton of money with you and you're banning me?

Don't bother with TRE, they have no info, there's some secret algorithm used to block future returns but it certainly isn't based on % of money spent or # of purchases.  What a joke and so disappointing in today's day and age.

Especially with COVID, not being able to test anything, and SA's saying "oh just buy it bc you can return no problem".  UGH, I'm literally disgusted at the way I was treated by Sephora and TRE.

Yeah and by the way your secret return policy is NOT documented on your receipts so far as I'm concerned this isn't even legal.

There's a class action law suit related to this and the way they handle our info which I will join.

Lucky for me there's plenty of other places to shop.

BYE SEPHORA, from me and all my friends.

P.S. Your shipping times have been deplorable.

I found out I got return-warned also. And it's disappointing because I spend a lot of money at sephora. I will no longer... it's a shame they stopped giving little free gifts to try products and including perfume vials on top of promoting improper ideologies in their app marketing. Money going to a better place.
