Return Shipments Not Being Tracked Through Sephora

Usually when I am trying to print a return label for a return, the shipment manager on Sephora that will track returns via an order number will show that the "label has been created", showing that my return is noted in the Sephora systems. I have requested a return label for my most recent order (as the item was not to my liking), but found that when I try to search up my shipment through the Sephora Returns manager, it just tells me "The tracking information is incorrect or the tracking data is not yet available. Verify the tracking information or try again at a later time" even though it has been a day since I requested the return label.
Even though I am receiving an email with the shipping label, I am afraid that my returns are not going to be registered in the system, and then maybe my order won't be refunded because it's not seen as return, but just a random package being sent back to Sephora. 

This has happened twice already. Is there something wrong with the tracking manager, or are my returns just being denied?

Hi @Evuyen,

When you create your label and once your package has been shipped, we are then able to track the package. It does typically take up to 3 weeks for your return to be received and processed at our Distribution Center. It is always best to keep your tracking number as well, so that in the event that your package does not make it to our warehouse, we can see view the tracking history with USPS. my returns usually take three to four weeks to receive a refund. Of you just got your label yesterday and haven't sent it there is nothing to track. My return packages usually end up sitting in their warehouse for a couple weeks before I actually get my money back
