Return Received but Sephora Not Willing to Refund

My order got returned more than a month ago and I still haven't received a refund. This has happened once and when I reached out, the agent was able to refund the order for me. However, this time, Sephora literally said "Unfortunately, we are not able to assist with a refund for this order at this time." Which is ridiculous... especially when they sent an email saying they received my return and I will get a refund within 10 days. Yup, more than 30 days later, still nothing 🙂 Reached out and was told to suck it up. Should I just file a chargeback at this point? Really don't want to get banned with 800 points in my account.
