I hear that your return policy will be changing soon.

 

Can you elaborate on what will happen after the 30 day window to return an item passes?

It sounds like there won’t be free returns any longer…If so, the process of this roll out seems pretty sneaky for us longtime customers. What happens if we mail it before the 30days but it weirdly takes another 10-15 days before the warehouse claims to receive it…? I’m noticing more and more that long shipping times to and from my rural address is reducing what would in theory be a 30-day return window to only 7-10 days actually with the item (hardly enough to determine if a product will cause ill effects).
