Return Policy 60-90 days?

How long do I have to make a return or exchsnge products bought online? Sephora's website says we have 60 days to make returns with receipt for full refund. If they receive our returns between 61-90 days then we get merchandise credit.

 

To get a full refund we must return online purchases in stores before 60 days. I'm a bit confused about making returns in Stiores between 61-90 days. Do we still get merchandise credit or are we not allowed to do so at all? I have unused products still sitting in the bags from the last week of October that I would like to get store credit for.

After 60 days you should receive online store credit if you return the item to our warehouse. The same goes for in store. After 60 days, you should receive a in store merchandise store credit card. After 90 days we are unable to process a refund in store or online. I hope this clarifies. Please message a moderator if you have anymore questions. Thanks!

Thank you! So I have 90 days to do an exchange in the store and get store credit?
