I mailed a return on the 28th of May. Initially, tracking showed it would be delivered June 2nd. After that date passed it changed to this: "Return Will Be Received By Delivery date information will be available once details are provided by the carrier." The Newgistics tracking hasn't updated since June 4th. Today is June 9th. No updates for 5 days. When will Sephora receive my package?

I am having the same exact issue. I shipped it out 5/26 and since June 4 it’s been stuck in transit with no updates. It’s now 6/12 so that’s 8 days. Can someone help?
