Return Item Without Order Summary (Canada)

Hello! 

I order an item about three weeks ago from Sephora that I no longer need (it's unopened and unused), and am looking to return it but I don't have the order summary & return form anymore. I know I can print out another invoice in lieu of the order summary from under my account, but for the portion where I fill out the return form, can I just circle the item I'm returning and write out the reason? 

Will I be able to get my full refund in that case? Any advice would be great, thank you!

As you are nearing the 30-day timeframe, I recommend bringing your return to your local Sephora store if possible. With a reprinted order summary, the store should be able to assist you with processing your return in store. 

If you have any specific questions about returning your items in store, please contact your local store directly.
