Return Denied

Today, I had a horrible experience at Sephora today. I went to exchange products that were gifted without a receipt. I asked the manager if I could exchange and use for store credit. I was told yes. 

My purchase was denied and then I was sent on a wild goose chase with no resolve. 

I was directed to RAR, RAR told me to write and call Sephora when I called them they said there was nothing they could do. 

Makes no sense considering I am a customer and always buy my perfume and all skin and make-up products there.
