Return : Can I include two items from different order numbers in one return box?

I have two items from two different orders that I would like to return.  Can I include both items and corresponding return slips together in one return box?  Does it matter which printed return postage label I use on the outside of the box?

I have also lost one of the return slips that was originally included in the order.  Can I just print out the "order detail" page, and include the return quantity and reason on there?  Or, is there another way I can obtain a copy of the lost return slip?

I'd appreciate your assistance.

Hi @emleigha Yes, you can send returns from different orders back in the same box, just make sure both order summaries are included. You can use either order to create the return label. If you no longer have one of the order summaries, you can print a copy of the order summary from your online account.
