Retroactive promo points redemption

I recently clicked through a promo link in the app to get 500 points added to my account after spending $75. I made the purchase and only realized later on that I needed to use a special code in order to get the points. Is there any way I can get the promo points added to my account retroactively? The promo is still going on for 3 more days. Thanks!
