Responsible Beauty Challenge and scanning QR code for the empties bins not working

I've tried multiple times to scan the QR code on the bins after returning my empties but the app just hangs. Is there a way to have the points added to my account? Or is there a trick to getting the app to work with the QR code on Android?  I am using the latest version of the app. The same thing happens when I try to open a link from Instagram where it's trying to open the Sephora app.

Should I try different stores although the associate working at the store I tried said the QR code worked for him.

I'm having the same issue. The QR code at the Sephora I went to didn't work. The manager was extremely nice and printed the code out again but that didn't work either.

I had the same issue.. Impossible to have the point after scanning with the latest Android sephora App...

Is just 1 empty enough?  Does it have to be something sold at Sephora?

Hello, I am also having the same issue. I scan the QR code multiple times but it didn't work. An employee told me that it was because the network was not good. She suggested that I take a photo of the QR code and access the link on another internet network but that doesn't work either.

Hi, I am having the same problem. I dropped off an empty container and tried to scan the QR code on the receptacle, but nothing happened. I also used my own bag for my most recent in store purchase on 4/09/2024, before I entered the challenge. Thanks!
