Request for Assistance with Lost Gift Card – Proof of Purchase Available

Dear Sephora Customer Service,

 

I hope this message finds you well.

 

I’m writing to request your support regarding a Sephora gift card I purchased for my wife. Unfortunately, during a recent local move, the physical card was misplaced. However, I still have the original receipt in my possession, which includes the gift card number, proof of purchase, and my name clearly connecting the transaction to me.

 

As a regular Sephora customer, I’ve always appreciated the quality of your service and product experience. I would be truly grateful if there is any way you could help me redeem or replace the card using the information from the receipt. I am also happy to provide my ID to verify ownership and facilitate the process.

 

I understand there may be policy limitations, but I hope my situation, with valid proof and clear intent can be considered for an exception or alternative solution.

@Mohsin9 Generally, gift cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. However, as you have the gift card number, I may be able to look into it for you. It looks like your private messages are turned off. You can adjust your preferences in your Community settings (on the browser only, not the app). Please send me a private message with your gift card number. Thanks!
