Reporting a scam artist

Hi, 

My coworker today was flexing about being a “scam artist” saying she makes false returns on perfumes and serums, saying she uses the product and then fills it up with water. This makes Sephora look bad and is bad for business. How do I report her? I have her full name and phone number. She allegedly does the same thing with skip the dishes she’ll take her hair and put it in her food and request a refund.
