How do I chat with someone who replied to me other than just pressing thanks?

Hi @Coachxoxo, if you're referring to the new Live Chat function, you should be able to type your reply in the text field and press "send." If you're meaning something else, please let me know so I can try to help!

Hi there - I've been posting in the live chat, but I'm unable to actually see the reply button (after the initial comment, once I've answered the question and they've replied). I know there's supposed to be a reply button at the bottom, but there's just space and the "need customer service" bar. 

Its like this on the app and mobile browser. I can't imagine I'm the only one....
