Replacement Got Canceled

My initial package got stolen so I called to get a replacement but the replacement got canceled. I called Sephora and they said they can’t do anything until one of the solutions team member contact me but I haven’t received any calls or updates. What can I do now? My dilemma has been dragged in for so long and I still don’t have it solved. What do I do now?
