Repeated OnTrac delivery issues

I keep having issues getting deliveries with OnTrac (not just with Sephora — this has happened before elsewhere). I had two shipments from Sephora marked as delivered today, but they are nowhere to be found. I have been in my apartment building’s lounge working from home all day, so there is no way I would have missed them delivering to the “main lobby” where OnTrac says they were left. One of these orders was already a reshipment that went missing the first time. 
Since OnTrac consistently fails to actually deliver packages to my building, is there another way to get Sephora orders? Some of the products I use aren’t available in store.

This is why I stopped ordering from Sephora.  You can, too!   I get some stuff from Ulta,  and the more high-end stuff I order directly from the manufacturer (like Dior).  Sometimes the manufacturers even have discounts!!  Sephora has completely lost my business due to their partnership with Ontrac-  and I'm sure I'm not the only one.  I took a chance on ONE order earlier this year,  but other than that I haven't ordered from them in the past two and a half years- solely because of Ontrac.  

You can't charge full price and then use discount shipping, Sephora.
