Good afternoon. The Dyson styler stopped working. It turns on for 2-3 seconds and then stops working. The indicator flashes red. Please provide information on how to send the styler for service? Purchased at Sephora store last year.

Hi, I’m not sure if you were able to fix it, but I will put some links below. Usually that means the filter is dirty and it is overheating. Simple fix. Usually you use the filter cleaning brush and clean the filter cover and remove it to clean the filter as well. If that doesn’t work watch the links below and it will show you how to clean it even more. I hope this helps!
