Remaining balance on gift cards

Hi! I was gifted $125 in Sephora gift cards for the holidays, one card for $100 and the other for $25. I put in the info for both on my last purchase, not realizing that Sephora doesn’t save the gift card balance to your account like other similar services, and destroyed the cards after use. Is there anything to be done to retrieve the additional ~$65 balance?

If you used the gift cards in a previous order and they had a remaining balance, we should be able to look up the gift card details for you. It looks like your private messages are turned off, and you can adjust your preferences in your Community settings (on the browser only, not the app).
