I had returns I sent out that were supposed to be received yesterday, now it just says the item is delayed without any specific updates. Can someone check the status of the item?

Hi there, it seems that not all of my returns have been processed, I have returned Vitamin F and Retinol 0.5%, however my account has only been refunded $10.12. Would you be able to help me out?
