Hi, 

I returned a makeup product by mail and when I track USPS I see 

Delivered to Agent

Tendered to Returns Agent

PROVIDENCE, RI 02904 

May 29, 2024, 10:50 am

However, I can't see anything after that and I was wondering how long it takes for a refund to typically take place and if I provide my order number would you be able to locate you now have received my return or is it too soon? Thank you

@Kit1380 It may take 3-4 weeks from the time the package is sent back to us for the refund to be processed. We will notify you via email once it has been processed!
