Refunds

Hey! I was wondering how long it takes to be refunded money back into my account for a canceled order! 

I placed an order a week ago, realized my account had my old address attached to it, so I canceled my order, changed my address to the correct one and re ordered. I have my order but see that the money was taken out of my account twice. I am not sure how long it takes for the money to be returned to my account!

This is so helpful because I just canceled my order yesterday and haven’t gotten my money back!

Hi @kaybaeeee I can confirm your order was cancelled and because it was cancelled, we have not actually charged you. The amount you may be seeing on your bank statement is a temporary pending authorization, not a charge, and it will automatically drop within 1-7 business days. But may take up to one billing cycle, depending on your financial institution.
