Refund

I went to return some products in store on November 28th and I still didn’t get money back on my credit card. It is almost $200. How long it takes to get refund?

Generally speaking refunds would post within 1-7 business days. Unfortunately we do not have store transaction information, however please contact your local Sephora store directly with any questions about the return so they can assist best.

I went to Sephora before the lockdown and one of the employees without looking at my information just told me to contact credit card and walked away. So I tried to communicate with credit card, they don’t see any transactions pending.

can I go again any Sephora store or I have to go the one particular I went to return products?
