Refund taking to long

I’m a college student and if I had know that my refunds would take so long I would have returned them for store credit or shopped elsewhere. You guys are a billion dollar corporation holding onto the money of ordinary people trying to make a living, I’ve had faster refunds from target literally in a day.

Hi @lycheeloverboy I'm so sorry about this! If your online return was sent back to us in the mail, it can take 3-4 weeks to be processed from the time the package is sent back. Once the refund has been processed, it can take 3-10 business days for the refund to post to your account. 

If it is now outside of the 4 week timeframe, please send me a private message with your order number, items returned, and date it was sent back to us so I can look into it for you.
