Refund taking forever

I did a return on a purchase back on 5-16-23. It said it’d be refunded to my card in 10 business days. Ok, that’s reasonable. Except it’s now 7-5-23 and the return hasn’t posted. I purchased it on my Sephora store credit card, and now for two months I’ve been paying interest on products I’ve returned already. I’m starting to get pretty frustrated about this. Is anyone else having refund issues? Nearly two months is a bit ridiculous.

I'm having the same issue there is a hold on my credit card after canceling my order. It has been almost 1 month and im still waiting for the charges to be reverse.

Hi I'm having the same issue and being told different answers when I call customer service. I placed an order on October 22, 2023 and it was canceled that same night by Sephora . I received an emailed showing it was cancelled with the order number. I still have not received the refund and Sephora keeps saying that it was reversed back on October 23rd. And the credit card company I use shows that they have not received a refund and it's showing that Sephora captured the full payment. It's been 9 business days and still not refund and bank account shows that the payment was made, while Sephora tries to say it is an authorization that dropped off.
