Refund request but Paid with $100 Rouge Reward

I bought the dry bar straightener with my $100 Rouge reward but would like to return it. Can I get the money back as store credit/gift card or do I lose it?

Hello @Salinaf!  When an item is returned that was purchased with the Rouge Reward card, that amount is not returned back to you.  You will be refunded for the amount that was charged to your credit card.  Please let me know if you have any additional questions!

@Salinaf Unfortunately not.  The $100 can only be used one time, at the time of purchase, and cannot be refunded with a return or exchange. I apologize for any inconvenience!
