Refund not being received

I bought a charcoal facemask a few weeks ago that irritated my skin and made it super itchy so today I returned the product and swiped my card for the refund but nothing showed up on the card. So I called my bank wondering what was going on and there was no refund even pending. Should I wait a few days before contacting Sephora?

It can take a few business days to see a refund for a return made in store.
