Refund is Late?

Hi, I returned a product on 12/22/2020 for a refund, but I still haven’t gotten my refund yet. Is it because of the holiday season? What should I do because I read it usually takes 3-7 business days for a credit card refund?

If the refund was processed in store, it may take 3-10 business days for the refund to post to your account, not including weekends or holidays. If it was sent back to us in the mail, it may take up to 4 weeks to be processed from the time the package is sent back to us. Thank you for your patience!

it's been more than 10 business days and I still haven't received my refund though and I returned it in-store

I purchased the product online and returned it in-store. Do I need to contact the store I did the return at? Because that store is in San diego, where I visited during the holidays, and now back I’m in Sacramento.
