Refund denied

I’m so disappointed in the customer service at Sephora. I’ve been a member for years with my VIB ROUGE status and I really thought they would be more helpful. I ordered $250 worth of items recently and when I told them my package was nowhere to be found they just said there was nothing they would do. They kept claiming there was “proof of delivery” however I don’t see anything on my end when I check the tracking number. Super disappointing experience because I’m now left with no products and no solution. Won’t be shopping at Sephora anymore after this.
