Refund denied

I ordered a package worth 255$ of makeup and I never got it the delivery driver left the package who knows where, I live an apt building and it looks like they could’ve left it anywhere as it only had a bit of the wall and door but not the apt number so it could’ve been any apt yet they told because you can see the wall texture and door it was delivered correctly when that is completely irrelevant knowing they all look the same and the only tell factor is the apt number yet Sephora is denying me a refund for something I never got, which incredibly frustrating as I spent my hard earned money what can I do about this
