Refund Still Not Issued 11 Days Later

I went into a Sephora store and made a $70 purchase then cancelled it because it exceeded what was in my bank account. However, Sephora still charged my card $70 despite me cancelling/voiding the purchase. Has anyone else waited 11+ days for a refund after a cancelled/voided transaction in store? I already went in and the manager said they can’t find the old purchase under my account even though I used my phone number and applied a coupon that came from my insider points.
