Refund Flash 2day

Hi,

I paid $10 for a flash 2 days.The first order was ok ,however my order got canceled after i bought this .

I have tried 5 times .Sephora canceled every each of them.

I need a refund. 

I can not place any order after buying this stupid flash 2 days. If i know this ,i won’t pay it.
