Hello, I have trouble to redeem a promo barcode for a perfume. It is saying code is not valid. Could someone please help me with an advise? Thank you.

I am having problems with this as well. Could someone clarify which part of the code we’re supposed to enter? The perfume is FINALLY back in stock and I’d like to redeem my certificate. Thanks!
