Redeeming the Vouchers

Hello i would like to know how i can redeem the mascara and perfume vouchers it says we cant use them inside JC penny or online i dont live close to a sephora store thank you

Hi @Marie716,

 

If you purchased a Sephora Favorites set online or at one of our freestanding Sephora stores, the vouchers can only be redeemed at a freestanding Sephora store. I'm sorry we're not able to accept them online or at our SiJCP stores!
