Redeeming store credit

I received a store credit card for my exchanged product (it was gimme brow that was recalled by Benefit, it has been over 60 days), I know I can’t use it online but product that I want is only available online, I am curious if I can ask a sales associate at Sephora to order it for me at the store or maybe there is some other way I can get the product I want and use my store credit for it?
