Redeeming Rouge $100 Reward

Hello, I just redeemed 2500 points for the $100 Rouge Reward. Do you still have to be in "Rouge"-level status to redeem it though? There is nothing in the fine print in the terms that indicates this but I want to be sure. There's a chance I may not spend enough to stay a Rouge for 2024, but my reward is good through the end of March, 2025. Could Customer Service please confirm the details around redeeming this if the customer is no longer a Rouge member? Can I still redeem this through the good through date next year, if I don't make it to Rouge status by the end of 2023? Thank you!

Correction - the reward is good through March 2024, not 2025. Thanks!
