Redeeming Birthday Points

I'm trying to redeem the 250pt Birthday Gift, but it's not allowing me to claim them unless I purchase something online. I've already finished my orders and will not be buying online. Would appreciate any help!

I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble with redeeming your birthday gift. In order to redeem online you will have to place an order and add the gift to your cart.
