Redeem cologne sampler

Hey so I got the cologne sampler and I’m trying to redeem online and have double checked the spelling and uppercase/lowercase on the code but it still doesn’t want to work.

I am having this issue as well. I contunue to put the code in, at least i think its the right one. It is the code that says certificate promo barcode....correct? If so can someone help please?

Yes, it is the code under the "certification promo barcode" section! A common issue is that the number 1 looks like the letter I. If switching that does not work, please send me a private message with the name of the Sephora Favorites set, and a clear photo of the voucher showing the code so I can look into this for you.
