Redeem 2 old scent certificates?

I have 2 scent certificates from some years ago. I'm glad to hear that these vouchers do not expire, but I'm not sure how to redeem them as the codes aren't processing on the Sephora checkout (likely because they are so old).

One certificate is for Sephora directly and the other is for Sephora within JC Penny (I'm not even sure those exist still - certainly not in my area). 

Would someone be willing/able to help me? I've included the certificate information below with my selection of fragrance (SKUs copied from the voucher directly, but not sure if the SKU is the same today). 

1. JC Penny/Sephora Scent Voucher: Versace Eros 1.7 fl oz Eau de Toilette SKU #8011003809202 Versace Eros Eau de Toilette 
2. Sephora Voucher: Yves Saint Laurent L'Homme 2.0 oz Eau de Toilette Spray SKU #987917 Yves Saint Laurent L'Homme with Bergamot & Vetiver

I have the same issue, I have went into the store and they weren't able to help me, told me to get in touch with support but chat support says I am supposed to go into a store. Unsure of what to do at this point to redeem this card. Can someone help? Thanks!

@Erin0216 I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble. Did the store say why they were unable to help? Where does your certificate say it should be redeemable?

The certificate wasn't scanning and they told me to contact support. But I just keep being told to go to the store because that is what the certificate says.

@Erin0216 If the certificate is only redeemable in store, the store would need to further assist. I would recommend requesting to speak with a supervisor.

I am having the same issue, can someone assist me? I went into the store and they told me to contact customer service. I keep getting told I need to go to the store but they don't know how to help me. I don't know what to do.
