Recent sample problems

So recently I’ve been having some problems with the samples I’ve been receiving. For quite some time now I would never get the actual samples I asked for which was whatever, not the worst, but still not the greatest. But in my most recent order I didn’t even receive any samples even though I selected them. I know it’s not a big deal, I just kinda want to know what’s been going on recently.
