I recently placed an order thinking I could get the 20% off sale for Rouge members (30% off Sephora products) but it seems I was just a few days early for the sale which starts today. Is it possible to refund me the difference to honor the sale? It would save me from returning and re-ordering everything.  I'd be most appreciative!
