Receiving open/ probably used products in online order

Hello Sephora team,

This is the second time I have received an open packaging for an online order. A week earlier I received Ilia tinted serum in an open package and it was clearly a used product. This time my Caudalie Vinopure cream's cover was open.

The outer courier package is intact but the products inside are not in sealed packaging. I am really disappointed because I am paying full price for these products and now I am not even sure if I am getting the quality that I am expecting.
