Receiving damaged items

I received the huda beauty desert dusk palette in the mail today and one of the shadows is completely obliterated. I’ve never gotten damaged items before, so I don’t know what’s going to happen. I emailed customer support so I’m waiting to hear back. I’m just wondering if they’ll replace it and if they do will I need to send it back first. How long does this process take? I’m so upset.

So sorry to hear this! We'd be happy to reship this palette to you prior to you sending back the damaged palette! You can even use the box that the new palette arrives in to send the old one! Let us know if that is something that we may assist you with!
