Received wrong package

Hi Sephora!

Yesterday I received someone else's package, it's even addressed to them. I'm also missing my own package, maybe it got delivered to them? I've left it outside to see if the courier FleetOptics would realize the mistake and fix the situation, but nothing has happened.
